Nowadays social media networks a widely used. It's not wrong to use it but there should be adult supervision when referring children to it. Because if children are not shown the limits they can go astray. We should get use to using it only for necessary task without becoming addicted. Conversely, the pressure to maintain a curated online persona can sometimes lead to increased stress or feelings of inadequacy. While digital literacy improves through regular internet use, students must remain vigilant against the spread of misinformation. Excessive screen time, particularly before bed, is also known to disrupt sleep patterns and decrease classroom alertness. Ultimately, the key to success lies in a student's ability to balance their digital life with their physical responsibilities and well-being.
